789pub Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 789pub website, mobile platform, and all related services operated under the 789pub brand at https://789pub.best ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to every registered player and every visitor who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 789pub platform — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

789pub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of 789pub after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an account at 789pub, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not already have an existing 789pub account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 789pub or any applicable gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under any legal incapacity or court order that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or as part of any professional or commercial operation.

789pub may request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed or, if verification cannot be completed, permanent closure of the account.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 789pub platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or from the same device or IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts identified as belonging to the same individual, along with forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

Information Accuracy

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your contact mobile number, a valid email address, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789pub login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 789pub strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms. You must notify 789pub immediately at support@789pub.best if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

789pub will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent 789pub should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, 789pub is required to verify your identity. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC — requires you to submit documents that confirm who you are and that the payment method on your account belongs to you.

Documents Typically Required

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, voter's ID, or postal ID)
• A selfie photograph holding the same ID
• Proof of ownership of the payment method registered on your account (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number)

789pub may request additional documentation in specific circumstances, such as when there is a mismatch between registration details and submitted documents, or when a withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. These requests are part of standard compliance procedures and are not targeted at any individual player.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with 789pub's Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

5. Deposits

789pub accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your 789pub wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, contact support with your transaction reference number and the team will investigate and resolve the discrepancy promptly.

Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 789pub does not accept deposits from third parties, and any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 789pub can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in order to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.

Processing Times

• Standard accounts: processed within standard operational hours, typically within a few hours
• Gold VIP members: priority queue processing
• Platinum VIP members: same-day guaranteed processing
• Diamond VIP members: instant processing

Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw funds, your account must be KYC-verified. Funds received as a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. 789pub reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of account abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to daily and weekly withdrawal limits as displayed in the account dashboard. VIP members at Gold tier and above may have higher limits. Diamond members may request custom withdrawal limits through their dedicated VIP host.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

789pub offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, VIP Club rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for matters relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free credit promotions at 789pub are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. As a general example: a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse

789pub monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, systematically placing low-risk bets purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating bet patterns with other accounts — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, the removal of any winnings derived from those bonuses, and possible account suspension.

Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. VIP Club points that expire due to account inactivity cannot be recovered after the expiry window has passed.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 789pub platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. These systems are independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing authority. The certification is renewed on a regular cycle.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. 789pub does not alter or reverse completed game results except in cases of verified technical errors that materially affected the outcome of a round. In the event of a system malfunction or server error during gameplay, 789pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets at 789pub — including PBA betting — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the betting section of the platform. Bets placed on cancelled or postponed events will be handled according to those rules, which generally result in the return of the wagered stake. 789pub reserves the right to suspend a market or void bets where there is evidence of manipulation, corruption, or an administrative error in the published odds.

Disconnection During Play

789pub is not responsible for bets or game outcomes affected by your internet connection, device performance, or any issue outside of 789pub's own platform infrastructure. If a disconnection occurs mid-game in a live dealer environment, 789pub's system will apply standard house rules to resolve the incomplete round. Players experiencing repeated connectivity issues are advised to contact support.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789pub platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game where collusion affects outcomes
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds connected to illegal activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 789pub staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any component of the 789pub platform
• Sharing account credentials with another person or using another person's account

10. Account Suspension and Closure

789pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspicious activity that warrants investigation under anti-money laundering obligations
• A request from a relevant gaming authority or law enforcement body
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to dormancy procedures)
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 789pub account at any time by contacting support@789pub.best. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and pending KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Responsible Gaming

Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit takes effect. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and once active cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 789pub platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, images, and data — is the property of 789pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 789pub platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from 789pub.

14. Limitation of Liability

789pub provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate game performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789pub's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 789pub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 789pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where applicable law does not permit limitation of liability.

15. Amendments to These Terms

789pub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 789pub will provide advance notice via email or a platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 789pub platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 789pub's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the 789pub platform should first be submitted to 789pub's support team for internal resolution. 789pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support within a reasonable timeframe, 789pub operates an escalation process for formal complaints.
